What to write in about

Bug reports — tell us the tool, your browser, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps; remember we never see your images, so we can't reproduce anything without your description.
Feature requests — the roadmap is driven by what people actually ask for. Short and specific beats long and vague.
Privacy questions — the summary is in the Privacy Policy; anything it doesn't answer, ask us directly.
Content & licensing — questions about the example imagery or reuse of anything published on this site.

What we can't help with

We don't recover lost palette libraries — they exist only in your browser's local storage, which is the whole point. If you cleared your site data, the palettes went with it. Export palettes you care about as PNG or copy the codes somewhere safe.

Found a color the extractor missed? Send the photo description (not the photo — we couldn't see it anyway) and the color you expected. Extraction quality reports are the most useful mail we get.
